For time:
Run 1000 meters
30 Handstand push-ups
Row 1000 meters

1000M run on 200M track, feet on box for 30 HSPUs, 1000M row on C2:
11:25

Will do 90 burpees later today for day 90 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

21-15-9 reps for time of:
315 pound Deadlift
30" Box jump

Will go heavier next time.

Then 91 burpees and half of the sealfit wod with my boyfriend. (75 squats, 50 push ups, 25 pull ups, 15 burpees, half mile run)

Seven rounds for time of:
40 pound dumbbell Hang split snatch, 10 reps Right arm
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
40 pound dumbbell Hang split snatch, 10 reps Left arm
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent

20# for first round, 15# for all the others
The right side on the first round was regular snatches, all others were split snatches
15 Jumping towel pull ups per rope climb

Then, jog to the lake and 96 burpees for my 100 day burpee challenge.

100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg
100 Double-unders
95 pound Overhead squat, 100 reps

Changed this wod because I wanted to do it at the beach.

100 burpees
100 12kg kb swings
100 sit ups
100 double unders
100 squats

(Threw the burpees in to complete my burpees for day 98 of the 100 day challenge.)

45 pound Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead, 40 reps
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead
150 foot Sprint

20 SDHP, 45#
30 burpees
40 G2OH, 25# DBs
50 T2B
50 walking lunges, 25# plate overhead
5 shuttle runs (approx 30 ft each)

Then, 99 burees for day 99 of my 100 day burpee challenge! Whooo almost done!!

WOD as rx'd: 55-60-65-70-75-75(miss)-65

AND I FINISHED MY 100 DAY BURPEE CHALLENGE TODAY!!!!

100 burpees in 7:51

AHHH!! Tomorrow will be the first real rest day that I have had for over three months. Over the course of the challenge, I made considerable strength and endurance gains, and I also reached my six pack goal!

Then, I did a 2.9 mile ruck/run w/ 10#. 93 degrees outside. About 10 min/mile.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
10 Ring dips
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

I think I wasn't meant to do this wod:

Amrap 15 of:
15 jumping towel pull ups
10 feet assisted ring dips
20 wall ball (8# ball- heaviest I have)

Throughout my wod my towel ripped in half, my timer stopped working, and my ball dented the pipe I was aiming for (I did this wod in a basement gym). I ended up just doing 5 rounds, and I have no idea how long that took me.
