Off the Fence!

Well I finally got up the nerve to go to my first session today at Crossfit Cube in Miami. I had a great instructor and I loved it. Today we went over technique for Air Squats and Front Squats and then did a Tabata based interval of 4 Push ups, 8 Butterfly Sit Ups and 12 Air Squats for 10 rounds.

It was AWESOME! I signed up

Re: Off the Fence!

Thanks. Working out is not new to me but I am sure there will be some soreness with the new movements. It's definitely more intense when you are held accountable ( someone watching ). No room for cheating. I am used to working out independently at home so this will be a change for me to be certain.

I've been doing CF for about a year and there are still some days where it is difficult to move. From soreness, that is.

I have to tell the guys at my box that they're 'rugby socks' so they'll buy into the reasoning. They keep knocking holes in their shins and bleeding on my dang mats. >.<

And here I thought they were just an homage to Britney's 'Hit me One More Time' video.
