WOD Today "Angie"

For todays WOD is it okay to break up the workout and do 10 of each for 10 rounds or must I finish one before going to the next?

Re: WOD Today "Angie"

yeah, you have to do in a row, but my question is this can you do different order?
I know the wod listed as 100 pullups, pushups, squats, situps,
I have and can complete the 100 in this order squats, situp, pushup and pullups last (50 kipping) 50 jump.
I tried to do the 100 pullups first with that order i barely completed the wod.

maybe my wod for today is 100 kipping pullups for time.

Just do it! Take your time and just get through it in the proper order.

Re: WOD Today "Angie"

As Bo and Alexander said, do it as prescribed, in the order prescribed.

If that means you have to take longer to do it, then so be it. It's a b*tch, but it's a benchmark.

Re: WOD Today "Angie"

Thanks guys, yeah.. i will try to scale down to 50 first and then 75 and 100.
but i also will try to do 100 pull ups first in a set every other day, because I know i m far from 100 in a set, because man its a b*tch to get 100 in a set. usually 40 in a row then the next 35 is a freakin struggle then the rest is modified pullups.

Re: WOD Today "Angie"

wow, if you can do 45 in a row, then you should'nt have any problems with 100.
I can only do 33-34 in a row (and about 40 without dropping off the bar) and 100 is still manageable.

just break it all up in shorter sets, like 10-10-10-10 etc..

You do know you don't have to do them in one go and that you can partition them as you see fit? As in you can do sets of 10 until you get to 100 and then you move onto the next exercise.

Re: WOD Today "Angie"

I wouldn't recommend maxing out first, as in if 45 is your max then just go with like 25, 25, 20,20,10 or something of the sort.
