Annie Thorisdottir squats 250 and deadlifts 350. If you think she got those numbers by doing "only" Crossfit, you're dead wrong. And, as she's the winner of the 2011 Crossfit Games is difficult to insinuate that she's NOT a crossfitter so...your logic that her strength training was "competitive to Crossfit" doesn't compute.
Those are very close to my squatting and DL…and I did get those numbers ONLY from Crossfitting.

Squat: 5 x 20 kg 2 x 50 kg 1 x 70 kg 2 x 80 kg 2 x 80 kg 2 x 80 kg 2 x 80 kg Easy. Power snatch: 1 x 25 kg 1 x 30 kg 1 x 35 kg 1 x 40 kg 1 x 45 kg  Not super pretty 1 x 40 kg 1 x 45 kg  Much better Clean high pull: 2 x 60 kg 2 x 70 kg 1 x 80 kg 1 x 90 kg 1 x 90 kg I was only supposed to do one rep at 90 kg, but I felt really slow, so I did another rep. Front squat: 2 x 50 kg 1 x 55 kg 1 x 60 kg 1 x 65 kg Easy. Yes, I can front squat without it bothering my booboo! Yay!

Sigh. 1 x 50 kg  Very ugly power snatch that I refused to bail on and pressed out to save 1 x 50 kg  Very solid POWER SNATCH. Sigh again. I know. Clean high pull: 2 x 60 kg 2 x 65 kg 2 x 70 kg 1 x 75 kg 1 x 80 kg Behind the neck jerk: 1 x 55 kg 2 x 60 kg 1 x 65 kg 1 x 70 kg 1 x 75 kg Easy. Front squat: 1 x 55 kg 1 x 60 kg 1 x 60 kg 1 x 60 kg 1 x 65 kg All fast and easy. Slight possibility that I hit 65 for two sets, but I was distracted, so I'm not sure.

I pressed 105 lbs. I must be awesome.
