Compare to 11+2 on 110621.

All the pull-ups & other upper body work from the last couple weeks are still affecting me; I was failing on MUs as early as round 3. I recall particularly lengthy delays from MU failure in at least rounds 3, 4 and 8; without those delays I could have added another round, possibly two. Oh well, get 'em next time.

Thanks Nik. I think I still always forget how much tougher it is on the upper body with full-ROM HSPU. I used to get 14 rounds with half-ROM.

Compare to 27:42 on 110629. Wow, I didn't realize this morning that it was a PR; guess it didn't feel like one. But hey, cool. There's room for major improvement in the KTEs, wall balls and burpees, as always.

Best 5K since 100501. Lots of uphill on the back half makes it tough, but I know I can keep improving.

Extra rest today; was up for too long with the kid last night, and felt the effects of my outdoor 5K too strongly yesterday to go after an early-morning WOD without danger of getting sick. A couple mornings off should make for a good cycle later this week.
