Thanks, Nik. The high-rep 135 OHS was a mental hurdle for me. Now I just need to keep progressing...stronger, stronger, stronger.

Compare to PR of 5:37, but without keeping up the ROM on the HSPU. This time will be my new benchmark, and I'm pretty happy with it. It was the HSPU that slowed me down, not the deadlifts.

It was the deadlifts and pull-ups that killed me. I should have known something like this would come up after I did "Diane" on Saturday. I had to do the DLs as 4-2 or 3-3 for most of the WOD, and the PUs went like 6-3-3 for the last 6 rounds. I need to work on my PU endurance, but I never quite get around to it. Definitely a grinder, though; I caught my reflection in the car windows quite a few times heading out to the DUs...no pretty faces during that one.

Started to push too hard with my back on the 205 and felt a bit of pain, so that's where I stop. Lower back's been bugging me lately and it's feeling pretty good today, so I didn't want to aggravate it again.
