For 5-19-08 WOD,still not clear...

Is this one where you can break the exercises up 'Cindy protocol' style, or are you supposed to do all of one exercise before moving on to the next?

No, it should be done in the proper order. The transition time if this were a multi-round workout would be pretty long, considering you'd have to go from floor to barbell to rings to strap on a belt to the wall.

That was painful. I did it 'right' though... (other than the fact that I had to modify the ring dips to bar dips, the weighted pullups to dead hang bodyweight pullups, and the HSPU's to 95# push press). My arms are spagetti right now.
