Tomas log of progress

Hi,

After few weeks of CrossFit wod'ing decided that this thread will be most usefull for me to see my progress.

My details of today are 181cm 72kg 30yrs

my 1RM (which wasn't updaded for couple of months)
Squat 130kg
Bpress 80kg
Press 60kg
Deadlift 130kg

Sadly i don't have any affiliate nearby, the nearest might be Stockholm.

in advance for any comments or criticism, which is .

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
95 pound Clean and Jerk, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
"4 rounds + 10 C&J"

Abit slacking with clean & jerk form , hope time&experience will correct it

50 Dips (still don't have rings)
22 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 10 reps & 40 Pull-ups
20 Handstand Push-ups

now after i got back home i feel i could have done better
