Today Andy Duncan did a scaled version with me. Brad, you will be interested to know that Andy makes beer, too. When you get together to sample brews, I expect an invitation, too. ;-)

I'm thinking 6/14 for our first Saturday morning multisport workout. Invite friends, family!

Does 10 hours of pruning trees, spreading mulch, and hauling brush count as an LSD workout?

Anyway, we'll be at the Y at 8am in the morning for anyone who wants a workout.

7 reps per set

Adam: 45/55/65/75/85/90
Robert: 55/65/75/85/95/105 (might have miscounted and only done 6 reps last set)

Basic gymnastics moves today.

20 Hollow rocks
16 Squats
12 Pushups
8 Forward rolls
4 Pistolsticks, sub 12 Candlestick rolls (Pistolsticks: lower on one leg pistol-style, roll back into candlestick position, then forward and back to standing on same leg; alternate legs)
2 Skin the cats
250m run

AMRAP 20 min

Suzanne: 3 (no rolls or S/C)
Lisa: 3.5 (no rolls or S/C)
Robert: 4
Missy: 4
Mark: 3.5 (no rolls or S/C)
Adam: 4, less one round of rolls and S/C)
Brice: 3
Shawn: 3.6
Nick: 3, with an additional round afterwards

There were too many forward rolls in this workout...resulting in lots of nausea. Maybe next time only 3-5 rolls at a time.

4 rounds - alternated on first 2 rounds - midsection break then consecutive 2 round


Timer: Run up the stairs 1 lap around track and then run down the stairs to stop the time.

Station:
Prison Cell Push Ups ( push up , knee lift, push up, knee lift - burbee)
Biceps - Curl Up / Hammer Down
Roll Up / V-up Combo
Twist Combo
Side Tri-Rises
Wall Sit ( 1 leg alternating)

Work out lasted about 35 minutes.

Tonight Rose Mary and I will do 58 minutes of Polometrics.

Increase by 10 reps per round (20 x 5, 30 x 5, etc), AMRAP in 20 min.

Brad 4 + 30x5 in the 5th round
