So, it begins. I just finished 20 hours of internship to become a personal fitness trainer at the big box gym I belong to. I have been running Saturday morning CF circuits with great response. We are talking about running several circuits on Saturday mornings and then begin semi-private training CF style. The head trainer seems very interested in CrossFit and supports my interests. I will keep ypu posted.

Great...good luck with it, I know people will be hooked on it once you start. Just remember to work enough on the basics, practice form as a warmup and keep everyone's movements safe. People hate practicing form....but tell them it's either get it right now and get max results later....or skip it now and get hurt later.
