Has anyone any experience with the work out videos by Scott Helvenston or C.J. Caracci?

I had Navy Seal PT, and Burnout PT. They're fine, but I would stick with the WOD, if I were you.

I think that's a great idea. Proper marketing could generate revenue for the ideal and help push it forward.

Trouble is the market for real, productive, difficult workouts is small. Most people unfortunatly want you to tell them that they can "loose weight without lifting a finger". Grrrr....

I would have to agree with Barry Cooper. I have one of C.J. Caracci's videos (can't recall the name now). It's a nice review of some basic BW exercises. I suppose it's helpful with form, but I would definitely stick with
