He's talking about this.

About this thread in general...... uniforms? Really? There's plenty of other sports that DON'T force you to wear a uniform, such as MMA, Boxing, etc. That's because it's more about the individual than the sponsors. Looking like that's not the case here since you can't even rep your own gym.

Honestly, it's not surprising at all.

I was kidding...

3 stars over blue and 3 red and white stripes is hardly an American flag.

Re: Uniforms?

None of your clothing will ever be as good as my Union Jack boardshorts!

I'm all for the 'uniform' if I'm honest. At the European Regionals none of the athletes had to wear Reebok gear, pretty much everyone was bossing their affiliate stuff. Only the judges and the volunteer support staff were wearing the games uniforms. Athletes like Annie and Sam had to put tape over their trainers because they weren't one of their sponsors. An example is that Annie wears Inov8's, which is a sponsor of Again Faster, big no no in Rogue's book!

If it's gonna help our community grow then I'm all for it.

That's exactly what it will come down to. The other day on Main Page there was a bit with Kendrick Farris (olympic level weightlifter) and there's a shot of him doing his thing and his shoes are Nikes. Wouldn't you know it, they put tape over the logo.

What's next? We won't be able to talk about a product here unless it's from RBK?

I believe Annie is sponsored by Reebok and Cross Gym, not Rogue. I don't think Rogue are too bothered by what shoes you wear. Reebok on the other hand...

Specifics are irrelevant, the point still remains the same...
