The best one yet. Good work guys. For those of you that don't already subscribe to the Journal: start. It's well worth the $20 bucks and don't tell me you can't afford it.

It's actually $25 :-)

I doubt you can find that type of fitness content in any other source. Walk past the smoothie bar without purchasing for a week and you've got the money.

I agree, I just opened my journal and read "tabata my job" i'll be giving it a go today.

The combat gymnastics could not have been better timed as i'm currently in a discussion on another forum about military fitness and i need some more ammo!

Yeah I know!

There is a park nearby thats got one, perhaps the next workout can be there

just to keep this on topic, we can practice some of the combat gymnastics during the workout :biggrin:
