I have been mostly in the zone for 3 weeks. I find the breakfasts hard, as I really enjoy bread, not to mention the feeding of 3 kids and getting to work on time. Bread is fast.

I eat a Sprouted Grain bread, (2 slices are 20g carb and 3 gram fibre). I think the first ingredient is sprouted grains. How bad is this? Even incorporating 2 into my breakfast (4 block meals) makes me feel good for 4.5 - 5 hours so I don't get the sugar dip.

So is it still so bad?

As the Soup Nazi said in the Seinfeld episode, "No Crossfit for you...1 year!" LOL!

You are fine with that. Try to make that your only bread that day. If you can cut it out some days...even better.

To go one step further, in order to avoid all gluten (some still remains in sprouted bread), I'd say switch to a brown rice/millet bread AND do your best to reduce the amount you eat it.
