My goal for the summer was to get down to single digit body fat (started at 11). At first I was following the zone diet but got annoyed with the measurements and all the counting early on and switched to a mostly paleo diet except for a whey protein PWO shake. I went down from 141 pounds to 137. I went in to get my body fat tested today (had the same trainer at my gym do it every time) and found out I was at 7 percent body fat. So now that I reached my goal of single digit body fat I would like to put on some muscle mass I feel 137 is too light. I was just wondering if I should adjust my diet or just stick to what I have been doing

Adjust.

Eat more and gain some weight. You are correct in assuming that 137lbs is probably too light. I am a (relatively) little guy too at 160 and I always keep in mind that there are people here that are 200+ that have more than 25 pullups and blow me out of the water at weightlifting. Chances are slim for guys like us to really dominate at anything other than bodyweight/strictly metabolic WODS.

Just my 2% of a dollar.

Should I eat more fats and protein and less carbs or more of everything? I realize that when putting on more muscle I am going to have to put on some fat too but could I keep my body fat under 11 and still gain some muscle?
