Undergrad at VT. Since I have bumpers a (crappy craigslist) bar at home I focus on O-lifting more and whatever Metcons I can do with my equipment but at school I use the school gym to focus on OHP, DL, and squatting. My parents aren't always fans of me dropping weights while they're home though...

They are called ergo = ergonomic mats not so hard to stand on as raw concrete great for workshops, kitchens etc.... thus ergo
