Anyone read Oryx and Crake? They engineered a "Nub" which was a giant blob that was a "Mother Chicken" with tentacles coming off with breasts growing on the ends, as well as a whole in which it was fed. Yummy. Bucket o' Nubbins!

That's why I only buy my meat from street vendors. Whatever I'm eating, I know it isn't nubbins.
