Dude, this is some AMAZING lifting! How did you do at the meet?

Also - I agree that catching heavy weight, stabilizing, riding it down, and hanging out at the bottom with it is a great way to build overhead stability. Also great for flexibility in the hips and shoulders. Much more useful than millions of lightweight overhead squats LOL

Very impressive man! Awesome work. I wish I could stay as stable and upright as you in the hole. That's awesome. Are you lifting at the Arnold?
