Just curious what you lose when ditching that yolk. Is that where all the fat is at? How much protein is in it anyway.

Egg yolks contain the fat and cholesterol. Mostly unsaturated fats, and 3g of protein.

If you're concerned about the cholesterol (which you shouldn't be), I would have 1 or 2 yolks and the rest be whites.

Do you think out ancestors threw away the yolks? Eat 'em. Worry less, workout more.
