Looking for shared space for gym
I am looking for a Crossfit Gym to share space, I want to minimize overhead cost etc.
I have invested $50,000 thus far in specialized fitness equipment which are: 1) Altitude Simulation Generators from Hypoxico 2) Compu-Trainer Ergo-Meters from Racermate 3) 25 New Spin Bikes from Star Trac.
My business plan was too focus on endurance athletes (cyclist, triathletes) and the general spinning crowd. While my business partner focused on the strength business.
Right now I am in limbo because my business partner got into financial problems and I am hesitant to go forward on my own. Right now my equipment is sitting in storage.
I would like to find a synergistic relationship with another fitness oriented business eg. Cross Fit Gym or Yoga Studio etc.
At this moment I have been looking at Orlando, FL area, but I am not tied to a state or city. I main goal now is to trying to get this business off the ground.
My vision is to have a quality facility, out of a big commercial type space like a warehouse, I am not interested in a make shift garage gym out of a house or I would have already started.
If this reaches anyone out there that has serious plans and is looking for a partner, or an already existing gym, it never hurts to have a discussion and see where it leads.
