Help with layout of affiliate.
I am soon to open an affiliate in Helsinki, Finland. I have been lucky to secure a great location for a reasonable price. However, I am having some doubts about the best configuration of the box. As you can see from the attached pic the space is L-shaped, but has a large (3m/10foot) concrete pillar awkwardly positioned.
-Pull-up space for 10 people.
-Space where rope climbs and ring work will occur (they can be tied to the walls if not being used of course).
-Room to run inside for 20m (so along either one of the long sides)
-4 squat racks, or I-14 infinity rack from rogue, or other smart ideas for racks.
-Usual open space for classes of 12 people.
-Admin area of about 4m x 4m (15ft x 15ft).
-Ceiling varies between 5-6m (16-19feet).
-The red wall in the pic is concrete and can support pull-up structures, the purple wall is also concrete but has windows running the full length at 9-10½ feet height.
-Other walls won't support pull-up or rack structures to my knowledge.
-As far as I can imagine all of our starting equipment will be easily portable (bars, plates, KBs etc etc) so can be moved around the gym.
Any ideas or thoughts would be great.

Re: Help with layout of affiliate.
Well I would suggest a wall mounted pull up rig so it doesn't take up floor space. This also gives you a place to have rings and then put the ropes in front of the rig so you can secure them to the pull up rig when not on use. I would build wall mounts for storing equipment near the dressing room and then put your plate weights on rolling dollies like on CFJ. If you search 810 CrossFit on CFJ he has a walk through that is great also search the chauncey roller for a DIY. Then google CrossFit Pusuit for great ideas on equipment storage.
Hope that helps.
