Will do. Scott has already told me about increasing the weight too quickly is not a good thing when I was doing Deadlifts earlier in the week!!

Dips were broken after 2nd round which slowed me down. HPCs and Press Ups all unbroken.

32x 25m swim (16x freestyle, 16x breast stroke): 21-22minutes

A bit of a light session in the gym today. Ran around like a headless chicken at football this morning and felt very tired afterwards!

6x Burpees
7x 50kg SDHP - 5 rounds + 2 HSPU

Broke HSPUs after 2nd round into 3+2. SDHP unbroken until 5th round (4+3).

Death by Strict Shoulder Press (40kg) - 10 rounds.

Did 40kg so I could get a few rounds going. Only just got the 10th round so wouldn't of got 11!!!
Shoulders now destroyed!!

Wednesday 26th October

3x HSPU
6x 105kg Deadlift
12x Pull Ups
24x Double Unders

Great workout! HSPUs and Deadlifts all unbroken. Pull ups were slow and the Double Unders just messed me up!! Got a blood callous in the 6th round of pull ups and it burst on the next set. The pull ups were agony for rest of WOD

Thursday 27th October

An hours footy training followed by a little session at home as my car has problems and couldn’t get to the gym!

5x 1min max reps Push Ups
1min rest inbetween sets

35-31-29-25-27 = 147

5x 1min max reps Sit Ups
1min rest inbetween sets

31-27-28-29-29 = 144

5x 1minute planks with 1min rest inbetween.

Pathetic gym effort. Felt weak the whole time I was there. 1st time in a week after finally getting car fixed and it showed. Disgusting!!
