I use primarily coconut oil and olive oil. This particular coconut oil happens to be a steal! (wfs)

Ever since getting the large tubs online I've been cooking with it exclusively and even eating it raw. One scoop for the pan. One scoop for my mouth. Its that good. I still use olive oil for salads and different applications of that nature.

Dont buy coconut oil at the grocery store. Way over priced.

Besided the above mentioned coconut oil, olive/walnut/avocado oils and butter I also use animal fat that I skim off of hommade broths.

When I use the crock pot and cook chicken or beef I always save the broth for a second use. After it sits in the fridge for a bit you can skim the fat right off the top. I use it a lot on the days I eat eggs.
