Re: Creatine Alternative

I think you should take Chris up on his offer. Nothing to lose there as he personally said he would refund you if you get the same symptoms.

Re: Creatine Alternative

I personally take GNC Creatine monohydrate, have been taking it for a while with no problems. Take the person up on the offer. Your symptoms were prob to a cheap product.

Re: Creatine Alternative

Thought I'd add it here rather than create a new thread since it's similar topic, but has anyone noticed the dissolvibility of some creatine products? I mix a teaspoon in a glass of water and find i have to keep mixing it up a bit after each sip. Is this brand / impurity based?

Agree. I have tried multiple Creatines from different companies and different types -- and Chris' creatine is the first one I can take without puking after the workout of having serious bloating.

My previous Creatines were Monohydrate, Ethel Ester, Kry-Alkine, etc... Prior to Chris' Creatine I had to take it before bed or not at all -- if I took it prior to a workout I would spend the entire workout puking.

nothing is wrong with the creatine, sometimes its just harder to dissolve. But, I sugest buying a $5 shaker cup and just downing the drink quickly. IT works better then the cup and spoon technique
