They have go to be kidding! I can only marvel at the incredible un-necessaryness of this. I can imagine how many poor SOBs end up faceplanting in the gym trying crap like that.

Re: My new trainer....

that's hilarious. To his credit, dude in the video looks pretty muscular... something tells me he didn't get that way doing what he's demoing though.

I prefer this double bosu ball lateral jump. "It's perfect at any time in your leg work out!"

P.S. You can really see what kind of a beastly physical specimen this exercise has created.

Sometimes I think the whole globo exercise business has been set up specifically to make people look like dorks.

I cannot imagine how risking a sprained ankle or some other fall related injury doing this ridiculous routine does much of anything. If you need to work on balance there are much more sensible ways to do it, even if is just standing on one leg!

Re: My new trainer....

I tried the kettlebell swings on the BOSU yesterday just for the heck of it. It wasn't terrible We also tried one where you swing the KB a couple times standing on the ground and then jump onto the BOSU ball and continue swinging without stopping...

We were just playing around before we did our "Fight Gone Bad"...
