I'm really getting into the GHD situp. Seems like my abs are getting much stronger and functional.

I like the Jandas and the using an ab wheel from knees and standing. I also crunches sitting on a swiss ball holding a 25lb plate on my chest or behind my head.

Starting from nothing, I'm up to around 10 GH situps per set. What is a reasonable target? i.e., not elite but just good core strength.

GHD situps:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnQB_jr2T-c

link safe, from petranek fitness, showing ghd situps.

edit: start slow with these. i remember a horror story from one of the journals involving vigorous GH situps, a lot of swelling, and a hydrocele.
