Sammy's Log

So having been a part-time CrossFitter for about a year, let this be sign of my full-immersion or rather true baptism into the holy world of CrossFit. Now that I've built enough confidence to be able to conquer the technological confusion of this website (&gotten sick of hearing Greg repeatedly tell me to post my workouts), here is my first log.

Some from the past couple weeks:
-5/19-"Helen"--13:15
-5/20-Deadliftsx3-peak 190lb
-5/25-Barbell Pressx2-80lb
Metcon: 20 reps shoulder to overhead 80lb, 40 burpees-3:03
-5/26- 1/2 "Angie" x2 -5:21 & 7:19
-5/27: Weighted pushup: 75lb x1
30 muscle ups-8:06
-6/1- 9-8-...-1 handstand pushups, chest-to-bar pullups

First time Vibram run has disabled my legs into a rest day but not my fingers, so here it goes. Some from the past week...

-6/3:
  • Deadlift Max: 205 lb
  • 3 Rds: 10 Deadlifts (145lb), 200m. run-8:04
-6/4:
  • Press Max: 90lb
  • Fran-5:47
-6/9
  • AMRAP in 20 min-200m Run, Max HSPU (HSPU=6pts)-572pts (12rds)
-6/10
  • Sumo Deadlift X5-185lb (old max)
  • Tabata Row-785 m

Congrats on your log dude! I would use the cute little welcome icon, but I see it's been done. So instead here's another one I like:

Inquiring minds want to know...how many HSPU can you do in a set? Wowza!

Thanks KD! Yes the welcome icon seems to be quite popular, but I enjoy the high five just as much heh

Not sure of my max # of hspu's, but in Wednesday's WOD I tried pacing myself by doing 15 the first set, then hung around 10&8 reps the rest of the time. Can't imagine my max would be too much more, maybe 20?
