No longer a skinny little punk?

Well most you who knew me when i started crossfitting back in August know that I was a pretty small kid. I weighed about 128lbs and everyone just told me to eat and eat and eat. Well Now it is June, 10 or so months later, and I am finally up to the 150s. I now weigh around 153 or so lbs and started at 128! So 24 or so pounds in a year is good ty crossfit

Great to hear your progress!! I remember you starting to worry about lifting and all of the 'mealtime pep talks' going on. Aren't you getting a little overdue for a new picture, with those numbers, though? ;D

Re: No longer a skinny little punk?

This is what my current prs are looking like. I can break most of them now I think except for my squat, and maybe my powerclean. Goal this week is to see where my squat is, break my press pr, hangclean pr and set a clean and jerk pr.
Deadlift: 235x1, 225x4
Squat: 205x1, 185x5
Press: 95x1
overhead:75x1, and 65x5
Hangclean: 115x1
Powerclean: 155x1

This is what I want to know. Are you still going to be able to break the sophomore record this fall? When was the last time you timed your 5k?
