Freshman on Varsity lax?!

Just wanted to say thanks so much! Crossfit and this community have changed my life, and I have gone from a slow defense man to a fast middie who is now on varsity!

If I hadn't found crossfit I would still be a slow defenseman and nowhere near as inshape as I am today. Thanks

Congrats man! That's no small feat. Imagine how good you would be if you ditched XC and put on more muscle Keep up the good work.

Now why does everyone try to troll here lately? And who says it's a one or the other deal?

Congratulations Alex.

I was just kidding, that's why I put a smiley face, jeez...

XC and lax are not on the opposite end of the fitness spectrum, you still need a good deal of endurance for lax. But more size does help with lax, while it can be (and usually is) counterproductive for XC.

Gotta love the spelling of my name! I think I might be able to swing sub 18 5k this year and still be a lacrosse stud, might just do sprinting for W.T or skip it all together!
