really having a spotter would be nice....plus a gym where i could drop the weight instead of gently (or not) put it down.

oh yeah.. here's a little introduction since i've seen most people have one, i might as well too..

ok so i'm 21 years old and am fairly new to crossfit. been about 3-4 weeks that i've been following this awesome program and i'm really into it. im currently 190-195 pounds, not sure on body fat % but my guess is around 15-20%. started on the zone about 2 weeks ago eventhough i dont follow it religiously.
-played soccer all my life, also baseball, basketball, and basically any sport that cna be played in the backyard.
-highschool was all about sports, parties and girls girls girls
college- parties and girls, then some school
still in college, graduating this year w/ an associates, then going on to 4 year.

10/23- leg was cramped up. still tight, feeling better.

95# thruster. 1/2 way through second set dropped to 85#
pull ups and dips subbed for rope ascent
