Hi all,
I got a digital camera for christmas and it can take short videos. I have been using it to take short videos of myself and playing them back during technical strength workouts like deads, cleans, etc. Wow, at first, what I thought was an arch in my back was not. The videos really showed me that and I was able to address it. I work out alone most of the time so it is really helpful to have video analysis of the exercises. I highly recommend it if you don't have a coach.

When I bought my first digicam, the video mode was an afterthought. Now I find myself using it almost as often as the still shots. I use it for taping skiing on a regular basis. Haven't tried it for exercises yet, but will soon.

Matt - great idea.

It wasn't until I was filmed at my first CF seminar when I realized how **** poor my form was in certain areas. I felt like crawling under a rock. Shortly afterwards I started using my camera to shoot the WODs. Just knowing its running really forces me to concentrate on getting full extension, full range of motion, etc. Great tool, IMO.

Ryan
