Can someone translate this for me:

It's ok Renee. I googled it too, but I wanted a "real" translation that I could trust. As you can see, Duco is my last name, and this quote caught my eye... possible family motto?

Oh, and Renee, is it proper for Latin quotes like this to be in all lowercase letters?

depends, are you getting it tattooed on you? latin engravings are actually in all caps, but text (i'd have to double check this) has capitalization rules like in english. meaning it'd be, "Non ducor; duco."

Thanks for the info. Not sure about a tattoo... maybe. I just thought is was a cool quote that happens to have my name in it.
