Re: Be Harsh...CrossFit Inverness

Aaron just wants to impress one and all with his devotion to crossfit. I would hope and expect those thrusters were of some respectable weight of at least 65#!

We need to help you pick up the pace of your log here Becky. You are about 117 pages behind Allison and I find you far more interesting than her!

Re: Be Harsh...CrossFit Inverness

It seems you and I are one and all to be impressed.

6.5 lb thrusters and the Pull ups were only my body weight so very light as well.

Yesterday I did the bench press and pull ups again only body weight. so 205 bench press 5,5,3,4,4 The pull ups do not even deserve the recognition of being counted.

Re: Be Harsh...CrossFit Inverness

New PR for the 250 m row 41.9 plus the nice bruise on the upper abs. Then for fun John let us do more pullups. Can I just say I hope we do pullups again every day next week.

21-15-9 Semi-Heavy Dead Lift 185 I think and Pull ups then some max Height Box Jumps

Saturday was a cross race. Best Cross race of the year for me. One minor Mechanical issue cost me a top 15 finish. Maybe next time I will be able to put it all together.

Ashley crushed her race. 22 8-9 year old starters 15 of them boys Ashley pulled 2nd in the hole shot. Crossfit power off the line. She held on to 4th overall and State Champion for the girls. One month of training until Nationals out in Kansas City.

Re: Be Harsh...CrossFit Inverness

2009 is here what goals are out there for everyone. I know Becky is not into the resolution thing and I can't say that I really am either but, this is a good time of year to evaluate your goals if you have any or set some if you do not. You are much more likely to attain your goals if you write them down so why not step out on a limb and go public with them. I have a pretty good Idea what mine are and here are a few.

March 15 weigh under 190lbs
Win deer trail road race end of April
sub 25 minute filthy 50 February 25
400 fight gone bad end of March

That is a start. anybody else out there willing to go public. See you in the gym.
