Only JJ and xfitters will appreciate

We started conditioning drills today for NAGA in May. Basically we did 3 five minutes rounds of 10 heavy bag body slams, grapple with fresh guy until submitted or subbed him, 25 bent over rows with 25 lb dumbbells, grapple with fresh guy, repeat.
Amazing how by the fourth minute you body starts retaliating adn not doing what you tell it to.

Awesome sounding workout. I did something similar for judo in college, only it was until you throw or are thrown. I miss the mat.

Yeah, we added 20 overhead presses with 50 lbs this week. So far the puke rate is about 25%!
