Foam Rollers

Can anyone recommend sizing and a good source for a foam roller for leg work (self massage)?

Re: Foam Rollers

I've picked some up form Power Systems http://www.power-systems.com/nav/que...FQIUPAodNQqj_Q
But I tell ya the ones I got from Wal-Mart (the pool noddles) work just as well. I don't have them in front of me but I believe the are 2".

The black one from www.elitefts.com (WFS) is solid.

Re: Foam Rollers

I picked up mine from Target, under $25 and no shipping. I haven't watched the DVD that comes with it yet, but if the people on it look anything like I do when I foam roll it should be good for a laugh.

Re: Foam Rollers

We use the white foam rollers daily at the end of our classes, they are holding up very well. Those black ones are sweet.

I bought mine from http://www.foamerica.com/white-foam-...x-6-diame.html wfs

Around $12/roller, you can save a little more if you buy 12+

Re: Foam Rollers

I just use a good old fashioned tennis ball. $5 for a tube at wal-mart.

The consensus seemed to be that these are nice, so I ordered one. Thanks.

Take two and duct/athletic tape them together...hurts soooo good.

Also good for thoracic extension/mobility work.

I also have a foam ball from Power-Systems, little soft for my taste. I like the black ones from Elite the best.
