Talking Another First Muscle Up post

I got my first one yesterday. I had a friend take a video of it for proof (in case I can never do one again)...

My Muscle Up Video

It's UGLY (note the soon-to-be-patented "Scissor Kip"), but whatever...it worked!

I've been doing Crossfit for about 5 months now and when I started, I could barely do a ring pullup. Now I can do 5 or so consecutive bar muscle ups and (obviously) a ring muscle up....insanity! Thanks Coach!
