With summer coming I wanted to either make a harness & pulling sled or buy one at a good price. Any help is appreciated on how or where to go for a sled

Hi Dave,

A quick search turned up this link with some ideas for making your own:

http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/26/1348.html.

It also turned up this link, which gives at least one idea of what to do with it once you have it:

http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/22/2369.html.

Hope this helps. Let us know how things turn out.

Ryan

I'd just add...

wheelbrowl for grass. if you don't have one you can buy just the top for around $6

tire for cement

for a harness, some have used a deer pulling harness..
