18+ blocks/day
crossfit and about 2 hours mountain biking 5-6 days a week; sometimes a trail run or strenuous hiking as a cross train for MTB

I am experimenting with relatively low but not IMO unreasonably low carbs (for now). From NHE book, does not seem to be hurting me for now. Before I was doing about 20 blocks of carbs with less fat.

WOD+(while I have a desk job I am very active coach soccer 3 evenings a week, do a brief w/o in the am in addition to CF and ME work later in the day, I am always on the verge of overdoing it)

Activity (WOD only or WOD + more?): WOD heavily scaled, about 4x/week if I can, some additional on off days
Age: 25
Weight: 107 lbs at 5'4" (F)
~BF%: Probably 20-25%
