:30 intervals with battling ropes are my new least favorite thing in the world. Perfect conditioning for striking and upper body strength-endurance. Kettlebells, power cleans, snatches and jerks, weighted pullups and dips, prowler, sprints, long slow runs, intervals and rounds on the bag, and consistent jump rope for rounds are all pretty great also. Add weight and progress. This is just for boxing with me BTW, but it's a pretty good all-around program if you're not especially strong or explosive yet.
