Alex - That's very true. It's also the main reason I backed off from bodybuilding before I got too heavy into it - the dieting literally takes over your life. Some people don't mind that, but I do.

Alexander-

I tend to just minimize carbs in situations like yours. It is odd in that you appear to be eating very little as it is...sounds like a mystery!

Haven't punched all my food in a calorie calculator lately but I'm guessing I'm near 3600-3800 cals.

I eat:

Breakfast 0900
6 hard boiled eggs
1 fruit juice containing 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 carrot, 2 strawberries, some grapes, some blueberries. I take with that my multivitamin and a tablespoon of Psyllium Husk (It has worked great for me, many thanks for that Robb!)

Lunch 1300
One salad containing 2 cans of tuna, one tomato, and lots of iceberg, lettuce and arugula. With olive oil and vinegar.

Occassional snacks 1500-1800
Almonds, sunflower seeds, or sometimes turkey ham with olive oil.

Dinner 2100
Different types of meat like veal, venisson, kangaroo, ostrich, dear, lamb, pork, chicken-rooster, hare etc, or gresh fish like grouper and others whose english name escapes me!

I'll usually have around 2kilos of meat, swimming in olive oil.

Salt also is used a lot in all my meals.
Coffee is black and usually 1 or 2 double espressos.

For a full-Crossfit schedule I'd probably be eating enough but remember, I'm lucky if I get 3 workouts a week these days and that's without any other sports or real activity...

Carbs are just my morning fruits and all the greenery at lunch which shouldn't be too much calorically.

Do you have a full list of all the foods you entered to generate those charts Alex? It would be good to see exactly where those carbs came from. 100g seems like a lot, but not when it's only 9% of your daily intake. Thanks.

Here you go guys, courtesy of www.fitday.com

For some reason I think that my metabolism has gone into slow motion with all this less active lifestyle in the past weeks and the 3 big meals...

Boy does it **** me off that I can't do a thing about it!

BTW-the one thing I could beoff in my measurements is the olive oil. I could in fact (most probably) be consuming more than just 0.6 of a cup.
