1/2/2009 - "Fight Gone Bad"

1/2/2009 @ 8:45/9:00am

"Fight Gone Bad" (I scaled it down to my level)
3 Rounds (1 min at each station):
Wall Ball (8lb ball/10 ft. target) - reps
Sumo Dead Lift High Pull (45lb) - reps
Box Jump - reps
Push Press (45lb) - reps
Row - calories

1st Round:
23
13
21
5
12
Total = 74

2nd Round:
26
10
24
3
11
Total = 74

3rd Round:
19
13
25
4
13
Total = 74

FGB TOTAL = 222

Notes:
- My first WOD (did it with Meg on our own - not at a certified CF place)
- Used what we could at our gym and I timed Meg and then she timed me
- I think I should have eaten something beforehand because I felt nauseous after the WOD
- The timing was a little off because of the rowing (started/stopped according to the machine)
- 45lb felt really heavy to me and thought I should have started lighter in order to get the motion down
- Strange how my score for each round was the same number, but my totals for each station varied
- After I finished, I wanted to die
