Exercise causing GERD (heartburn) for time now - any advice?

I have noticed that since the past two months I have been experiencing GERD after exercising. And it won't go away. It says even my stomach is empty. But if I don't exercise it spontaenously resolves. Does anyone have any clue as to why this is??

Just normal food. Three times a day. Sometimes twice a day. Food includes, grains, lentils, rice, chicken, and eggs.

you need to try a gluten free diet. get rid of the grains. i use ezekel bread or speltz bread. look it up on the internet.
think of your stomach as a pool. your ph levels are high which causes gerd. you have to eat foods to help your ph level. avacodo, brocolli, etc... sorry i am a little tired and cant think 100% but I went thru the same thing.
I can only eat ezekel bread with a little jelley and a protein shake exactly 1 hr before I train or I get gerd or feel like i am going to throw up.
and just so you know the worse thing for you is to have an empty stomach when you get gerd. always have something small in your stomach. o yeah almonds are great also. I eat them every night before I go to bed and never get gerd anymore.
i would get it so bad i would go to the er thinking i was having the big one.
good luck.

I've has some GERD issues and have found that avoiding sugar and refined grains helps, as does exercising on an empty stomach.
