Yowza... a 60 KG KB is just sick!

Last night after my WOD (AMRAP in 20 min of 30 lunges, 30 pushups and 30 situps -- FYI, I got 8 rounds plus 20 lunges) at my affiliate, I grabbed the 40 KG KB and did 10 swings with it (Amercian - overhead style) just to prove I could do it.

No problem! Well, no problem other than the fact that my shoulders were shot from having done the 240 pushups in the WOD immedaitely before that!
