Clem's log

Thought the crossfit total would be a good time to start a log so here we go... I'm a couple days behind.

M 36 195lbs

shoulder press
160 lbs

squat
280 lbs

dead lift
345 lbs

21, 15, and 9 rep rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean
L Pull-ups, sub kipping pull-ups
95 pound Thruster
Handstand Push-ups

50 Handstand push-ups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
