Ok, I'm a 19/172/6' guy in college who has always been interested in strength training.
To make the long story short, I already see results and I'm only on the second day of my second week. I feel more fit, I have more energy, and I am seeing improvements in the number of reps of EVERYTHING that I am doing. I am absolutely amazed that I can see this so quickly.
I just wanted to put that out there. If anyone is unsure of whether to try crossfit or not, take a week or two to pre-train, and then DO IT! You won't regret it.
