we were at the riverwalk before brad and when he arrived he asked how to find us. not being familiar enough with the area to give good directions, i told him "two short fat guys, black shirts, smoking cigars" he found us in no time at all.

i think we all had a good time. the food was good for sure.

Re: Sharknado

Goodmorning thread denziens. So just checked my facebook and saw pretty amazing video of Kevin Cornell doing "Cornell Preses" as he called them. He cleans 125, remains in the bottom position with the bar racked and then strict presses it from the bottom position .

I am weak....

funny you mention...I try to be PC (well, sometimes) and say "spread your feet," but for some reason people always hear "spread your cheeks..."

Re: Sharknado

Well guys... it turns out i'm going to Hawaii again in December! I think it's time to implement Operation - Get visible abs for the first time in my life

Currently I think i'm at about 12-14% bodyfat.. just outside of the visible abs range. For some reason I've never been able to drop below that, not even during swimming or cross country and track in high school. My plan is to cut out all the obvious unhealthy stuff like ice cream and beer and add some HIIT and ab training a couple times a week on top of my current training.

What are your guys' thoughts on weighted ab training? I always assumed it was better since you would think abs grow like any other muscle.. better with weights and less reps than hundreds of crunches
