I've heard in many places about not wearing running shoes to lift in. Usually, you'd like to use a flat sole shoe of some sort for better stability and technique. I'm getting around this by wearing indoor soccer shoes during the WOD. Just interested to see what everyone else thinks and uses.

Most of the time, barefoot (another advantage of home gyms). Wear Chuck Taylors for Deadlifts, Squats, and rowing. Have crosstrainers for running.

Use the search function and do a search for shoes......lots of good info.

I think the general consensus is that if you can't go barefoot, then chucks or sambas.

Do what you can to wean yourself off of running with shoes that have a raised heel. Your joints will thank you.
