KettleBell WOD

Did this one the other day.

20-14-8.

Kettlebell swings.
KB Clean and Press (Place on floor and alternate arms each rep)
Turkish Get Up(alternate arms each rep)

16kg Kettlebell.

Took me 20 mins and 12 seconds. (I thought not bad seeing I had a heart attack in February this year . Stent fitted.) I couldnt go up a flight of stairs without having to lie down exhausted when I got out of hospital.

Give it go and see what you think.

Well, it's good to hear that you are doing so well. I may have to give this one a go this weekend.

Re: KettleBell WOD

Looks good...will try this but will do snatches instead of get-up.
