I agree that it's more legs than arms but the K2E is huge because you want to bring your feet up as high as you can get them. So, a good "crunch" or K2E to get them high is key. Then just stand.

There is a cool sub you can do using a box. Sit on the box, do the foot wrap, slide feet up the rope, lock feet, step up and extend (coming up off the box) grabbing the rope and coming to full extension. Come back down, rinse repeat. Good teaching tech for the wrap, and good sub for those not strong enough to head to the top.
