Those OHS killed me. My left shoulder kept feeling out of place and slipping. Need to work hard on that to make sure I can handle heavier weights.

Pretty good workout. Confusing and not sure if I did it correctly but whatever.

5 km Run for EOD Wounded Warrior Foundation.

Didn't even go out fast at all, just maintained a good pace. Finally back in the land of decency. Got another next week. We'll see how it goes.

ha, no worries. 100 days. Several of the officers during our deployment attempted, but only 4 of us completed it.
